jisulife travel fan

If you’re an overly hot-blooded mammal like me, there’s nothing worse than sweating-it-out in a stuffy airplane or hotel room. Thankfully, I found the JISULIFE mini travel fan on Amazon. It’s the one travel gadget that goes with me on every trip. Aside from the wacky-sounding brand name, I don’t have anything bad to say about this travel fan. I have had mine for almost three years now and it’s still going strong.

Why This Travel Fan is Awesome

I honestly don’t know how I ever traveled without it. It goes with me on every trip, everywhere, everytime. Let’s take a look at why I love this travel fan.

Long Battery Life

There’s a lot of power in this little travel fan. The fan’s low-speed is more than sufficient in most situations and will last the entirety of an 8-hour flight. The high setting kicks up a breeze that will launch a toupee onto someone’s lap two aisles back. On the high setting, the fan will run strong for 4+ hours. Also, you needn’t worry about lopping-off a finger since the fan’s dainty plastic blades will stop on impact.

It’s Also a Backup Battery

There’s more than fan-power in this little beauty, too (and I love multipurpose travel items). Plug your mobile phone into the full-size USB port and use the fan as a backup battery power supply. You can get a full charge out of the fan’s battery and still have some power remaining to keep the winds-a-blowin. There have been multiple occasions when I have used my fan to recharge my phone when I forgot my standard backup battery.

It’s Also a Flashlight

Another convenient, built-in feature is the led flashlight. It’s not a super bright bulb, but it’s a great source of extra light when you’re fumbling around a dark hotel room at 2AM. It came in very handy when it started getting dark during a day hike that lasted a little longer than expected. My mobile phone was already low on battery and I wanted to save the charge I had. I grabbed the fan from my backpack and used the fan’s flashlight mode for the remaining 30 minute hike back to our car.

Compact Travel Fan

The fan folds up, making storage and transport simple and convenient. When folded, the fan can just about fit in the palm of your hand, and at just over 5 ounces, it’s light enough to take anywhere (works great for hiking and camping too as I’ve already noted). There are now sharp edges to be concerned about, so the fan can even fit easily into a front pocket of your bluejeans.

Best Travel Fan for Sleeping

When opened, and folded into an “L” shape, you can stand it upright on the hotel nightstand next to your bed. This is without a doubt the best travel fan for sleeping due to the long battery life; you won’t wake up hot in the middle of the night because your battery died. You’ll actually feel the breeze this fan kicks-up, unlike many other travel fan’s on the market. The fan’s whitenoise is on-point too… it produces a soothing whirring hum, but it’s not too loud.

Color Options

Don’t like the green fan pictured above? No problem. There are some other color options available to suit your desire. I went with the very masculine looking pink fan since the color is cheaper than the rest (because that’s how I roll).

It’s a fan! It’s a battery backup! It’s a flashlight! It kind of looks like a marital-aid! It’s the best travel fan ever! Seriously, this is one gadget that you will not regret buying for your next trip.
